Insurance/Fees

We are "Out of Network" with insurances. 
Thanks to insurance companies bias towards obesity, we are not contracted with them BUT WE CAN STILL SEE YOU!

We will charge a fee (based on initial consult or follow up) at the time of your appointment. We will then provide you with the "super bill" that you can/should submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

HSA/FSA: 
You are allowed to use your HSA/FSA funds to pay for out-of-network visits.
